Restrictions

  • Children between the ages of 5 and 11 years and under 135 cm in height must use a car seat.
  • Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
  • Guests with neck, back or joint problems are not permitted to participate in this activity.
  • Children 5 years old and above can participate in this activity.

Additional Notes

  • Pick-up times will differ depending on the season and the hotel. Please note that there might be cases where the start time may change.
  • If your group consists of more than the maximum capacity, your party will be divided into two cars.
  • All the camels have undergone periodic medical examination by the Dubai government and obtained health licenses.
  • Alcoholic drinks are available for an additional fare on site.
  • Alcoholic drinks, shisha and belly dancing are not available during Ramadan and other religious holidays. Please note that refunds will not be given in these cases.
  • Vegetarian and kids' meals may be requested at the time of booking.
  • A portion of the tour fare supports the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve.
